GCPPI - GOOD CITIZEN FOR PEACE AND PROGRESS

The GOOD CITIZENS is a house hold name which includes:- Pressure group, Business, Politics and Humanities as a Civil Societal Organization, we are a force for positive change with our unique style of operations and a movement of likeminded individuals aiming at reviving and transforming the youths from their low esteem to vibrant leaders, also to awakening the spirit of unionism and patriotism by carrying out projects that will affect lives positively and to question actions that are unclear, carried out by those in authorities whereby enhancing the welfare of citizens.

Our organization Shall be partnering with responsible individuals, institutions, organizations and government agencies for peaceful projects aimed at resettling, organizing, building, promoting and developing communities for societal overall best interest. By living according to GCPPI values which we can derive from the preamble of the Constitution - Faith in God, Unity, Patriotism, Work, Respect for Life, Respect for Law and Government, Truth, Justice, Freedom, Love, Equality, Peace, Promotion of the Common Good, Concern for the Family and Future Generations.

We have various duties towards the nation such as Economic Development, Sanitation, Good governance, Quality education, Poverty alleviation, Removing all social issues, Bringing gender equality, Respect to human and law, Voting, Abolishing of child labor. To present healthy youth to the nation and many more.

MORALITY

Being a moral citizen means knowing all sides of the issue, understanding why things are the way they are, and being open-minded to diverse opinions. You have to understand the system before you can change it. Different voices can offer points of views that can strengthen your ability to address the issue. Being human, we have some essential responsibilities towards our society. We must be honest, helpful, and loyal citizens and assist the ones who need help. Moreover, a good citizen ought to gain knowledge and spread it in his surroundings. Through advocacy, human rights promotion, capacity building, investment, education and healthcare support, diaspora engagement, and policy advocacy, we can play a crucial role in fostering Democratic governance, justice, and socio-economic progress in Nigeria. With our
diverse network and resources, our diaspora community can be acatalyst for positive change and contribute to Nigeria’s long term development goal of powering up that new Nigeria of our dream.

Our core value lies in our actions to support and promote the good deeds of any Citizen, Philanthropist, Organizations, Ministries and Agencies on Accountability, Good Governance, Justice, Transparency, Equity, Fairness and Freedom.

Our strength revolves around our diversity as we know no Religion, Ethnicity and Boundaries.

The Good Citizens is structured across nations, from the central to the states to Local government down to the wards, with the target of raising youths (young and future leaders).

Shall be committed to functional approach as a means of promoting cooperation and peaceful existence amongst African Citizens and beyond.
Shall be promoting gender equality across border frontiers.
Shall seek peaceful means of resolving conflicts and disputes thereby enhancing developments and progress.
Shall be committed to community activities and projects that enhance development and progress.
